What's the minimum order for shirts?
The minimum order is 24 pieces for standard (14"x17") designs or smaller. The minimum order for jumbo designs (larger than 14"x17" and/or over-the-collar and over-the-seam designs) is 72 pieces.

What brand of shirts do you offer?
We use Gildan, Fruit of The Loom, Jerzees, Tultex, and American Apparel. We definitely encourage you to buy garments made domestically, but we can order anything you'd like. If it can be purchased for wholesale and screen printed, we can wrangle it for you.

What shirt colors can I order?
Shirt colours vary by company and style, so check out our pricing pages. There will be links to the color choices for each brand.

Can I mix and match shirt colors, sizes, and styles?
For Gildan, Jerzees, Tultex and Fruit of the Loom, you can most definitely mix and match shirt sizes and colors. If you want to throw in some hoodies for your print run, that can be done at no extra charge.

For American Apparel items, your order must be placed in dozens per size/style/color. So if you are ordering black shirts in Small, Medium and Large sizes, you must order 12 of each size. It's more expensive, but we know from experience that customers will pay a few extra dollars for the quality associated with the brand. For styles available for wholesale, go here. We can order anything available for wholesale that can be screenprinted on. Email us for a quote if you'd like something other then the standard shirt styles listed.

Alternative Apparel is also available for order, but similar rules apply. Email for a quote.

Can you create my design for me?
Yes we can! Depending on the complexity of the design, it will cost an additional $50-$100 for a custom design. Email us for a custom quote, with your ideas for your design. If you have a pre-existing design but need help modifying it for print, or need us to do colour seperations for you, we charge a mere $25/hour.

What file types do you guys accept?
The best file-types to send us are PSD (Photoshop) and AI (Adobe Illustrator). (We'll also accept EPS files if absolutely necessary.) PSDs should be unflattened, with no clipping masks and text converted for outlines. Illustrator files need to have the bleed lines turned off, and all fonts converted to outlines. Your file needs to be ready to print and in one of these formats. We will NOT accept other file types.

What artwork requirements are there?
When you are creating a new file most art programs give you the option of changing the resolution. The resolution -or "dots per inch" (DPI)- in your design should be 300 DPI. Please create your artwork at your desired final size. Delete any unused layers from your final design. Every color should have it's own separate layer (for example, all the white in the design would be on one layer, while all the blue in a design would be on another.) If you're sending over vector based artwork, be sure to set the image size to the size you'd like the print to be.

What's the largest size I can print?
There's a variety of options:

Standard = 14" x 17"
Jumbo = 17" x 21"
Garment Dye 1 Color "Stamp" = 22" x 22"
All-Over Garment Dye = 20" x 20" repeating pattern
All-Over Plastisol = As big as the largest shirt in your order.

Can I get any ink color my heart desires?
In many instances, you can! Our staff can look over the ink in stock and can mix it to match the colors based on your artwork. Sometimes monitor settings can provide a slight variation of your final colors, but this isn't a frequent problem. If you are really gung ho about a certain color, we can provide a spot-on PMS (Pantone Matching System) color match for an additional $40.00 per ink color.

I want to print 1 bright color onto a dark color shirt. Why are you charging me for a 2 color order?
Often times, printing a bright color (such as hot pink) on a dark color shirt requires a white underbase to ensure ultimate intensity. Without the white underbase, you'll get a faded pink. (There are some exceptions, but they are few.) If you're unsure about your artwork, feel free to email us and we can let you know. If you're creating a design for a dark shirt, and you intend to use a color other than white, attempt to incorporate that white base into your design. If you're going to have two ink colors on a shirt you might as well show it!

I'd like a soft handed feel for the ink on my shirts. Do you have an ink that can achieve that effect?
Yes! We have a soft handed plastisol available, as well as water-based inks for an additional fee. We also carry other special inks such as: foil, glow in the dark, as well as other special effects.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also will take Paypal, checks and money orders.

Do your prices include shipping?
Our prices do not include shipping. Shipping is typically calculated at the end of production, when your order is ready to ship. However, shipping prices are very reasonable. We may have occasional promotions with free shipping, so keep an eye out.

What's your standard turnaround time?
On average, the turnaround is 10-14 business days from receiving your finalized design and payment. The turnaround is based on the current workload at hand. When the workload is heavy, your order may take up to three weeks to be in your hands. When it's slow, as little as 7 days. Either way: plan ahead. Unlike our services with Mod Buttons, we will not be offering rush orders. So, if you have a very specific deadline, it pays to plan in advance.

How long will shipping take?
We our shirts with UPS, so your order will take 1-4 days depending on your location.

Do you offer rush orders?
Currently, no. Because we are just starting to offer these services we would like to have time to assess our strengths before we begin to offer rush services.
